Cam F. Justice, Esq.
Founder | Justice Law
A Passion for Justice
Cam F. Justice grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from The Ohio State University. He earned his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida, graduating in the top 5% of his class. During law school, he served as Associate Editor of the International Law Review.
From Defense to Advocacy for Victims
Cam began his legal career at one of South Florida’s top insurance defense firms, representing major insurance companies and multinational corporations. Through this experience, he gained extensive trial exposure in complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases. However, he soon realized his true passion was fighting for victims, not defending large corporations.
In 1999, Cam founded Justice Law, a boutique, client-focused law firm built on integrity, results, and a deep commitment to the underdog. The firm’s growth has come not from advertising, but from referrals, results, and client trust.
Proven Results
Cam has taken on some of the largest corporations in the United States. As a trial lawyer, Cam has recovered 10s of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, successfully challenging some of the largest corporations in the U.S. His litigation experience includes:
- Medical malpractice
- Catastrophic Injury and wrongful death cases
- Defective products and medical devices
- Pharmaceutical litigation
- Mass torts and class actions
Cam played a key role in metal-on-metal hip implant litigation in South Florida and led a successful national class action against Paradise Grills for defective ventilation systems. Cam currently serves as co-lead counsel in the West Park Exploding Home cases against AmeriGas and represents clients in lithium-ion battery explosion lawsuits. Cam is working to spearhead national litigation against the manufacturers and distributors of lithium-ion batteries.
Beyond the Courtroom
Cam, his wife, and their three children are actively involved in charitable causes focused on animals and vulnerable children. The family also operated a commercial horse farm in central Kentucky, producing elite horses that have competed at national and international levels. Cam’s knowledge of the equine world has made him a go-to attorney in equestrian accident litigation.
