About Adam
Born in Hollywood, Florida, and raised in Plantation, Adam Breit has dedicated his legal career to helping injury victims and their families when their lives get turned upside down through no fault of their own.
Adam combines sharp legal insight with a tireless work ethic to fight for those harmed by the negligence of others. His reputation for results, compassion for his clients, and dedication to justice reflect the core values of Justice Law.
He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Legal Experience and Practice at Justice Law
Before joining Justice Law, Adam worked at a nationally recognized Am Law 250 defense firm where he represented insurance companies, privately held and publicly traded companies, hospitals, nursing homes and medical providers in high-stakes civil litigation.
Since joining Justice Law in 2012, Adam has focused exclusively on representing personal injury victims and their families in matters involving:
- Auto, motorcycle & truck accidents
- Slip/trip and falls
- Catastrophic injury
- Wrongful death
- Medical malpractice
- Nursing home negligence
- Negligent security
- Product liability
- Maritime & admiralty claims (including cruise ship injuries, boating accidents, Jones Act & Death on the High Seas Act cases)
- First party property litigation
Adam handles cases throughout the state of Florida and has litigated against some of the world’s largest corporations and insurers. He also handles select cases nationwide and is well versed in the nuance of Multidistrict Litigation (MDL), having represented clients in defective hernia surgical mesh and metal-on-metal hip cases, among others.
Notable Results
Throughout the course of his career, Adam has recovered tens of millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.
In 2016, he and Cam Justice secured the 27th largest jury verdict in the State of Florida: $6,656,000, awarded in a catastrophic auto accident case in Palm Beach County.
