About Farida
Born in Cairo, Egypt, Farida Loutfi has called South Florida home since the age of five. She is fully licensed to practice law in Florida and is fluent in Arabic.
Education
- B.A. in Multimedia Communications & Journalism – Florida Atlantic University
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) – St. Thomas University School of Law
During law school, Farida interned at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, representing individuals unable to afford legal counsel. She was also an active member of the St. Thomas Trial Team, President of the Criminal Law Society, and Vice President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society.
Practice at Justice Law
Farida began her career at Justice Law as a law clerk and has grown into a skilled trial attorney. Her legal practice includes:

- Slip/trip and falls
- Premises liability
- Negligent security
- Defective product claims
- Medical malpractice
- Wrongful death
- Sexual abuse, assault & harassment
She has also worked on complex litigation cases involving catastrophic injury, medical negligence, and wrongful death.
Beyond the Courtroom
Farida is a former competitive bodybuilder—a discipline that reflects her tenacity and drive. She is a passionate advocate for women’s rights and civil rights, and remains actively involved with her alma mater as a volunteer coach and judge for the St. Thomas University Trial Team. Outside the courtroom, she enjoys staying active, spending time at the beach, and being with friends and family. Farida is also a dedicated animal lover.
